Internet Access Account Open Procedure

To open an Internet Access Account with Renesource Capital and take advantage of their special offers you will need to:

Step 1: Complete a short online application form.

Step 2: Pay account opening fee, constituting 220$, by credit card or wire-transfer. The account will be reserved for you after reception of payment. IAA access parameters (OASIS user name and passwords) will be sent on email specified in the application form.

Step 3: Send electronic copies of the following documents:

For individuals

• Personal identification documents (passport, driver's license or any other valid document with a photo and signature)

For corporate entities

• Certificate of Registration
• Personal identification documents of the director (passports, driver licenses, or any other valid documents with a photo and signature)

through OASIS.

Step 4: Receive the prepared agreement through OASIS, print out and sign it.

Step 5: Send signed agreement with notarized specimen signature card by mail to the address: Renesource Capital, Skunu-19, Riga, Latvia, LV-1050.

For corporate entities you need also copy of documents that give us opportunity to ascertain the validity of information concerning:

• registration information
• legal address of the company
• right to represent the company

Step 6: Your account will be activated as soon as we have received the documents and their validity is verified. Your copy of the agreement signed by us will be sent to you by express mail.
