Investment services

The license, issued by the Financial and Capital Market Commission (FCMC), gives the right to render the following investment and ancillary services:

I. Investment services

  • Receipt and transmission for execution of customers’ orders regarding transactions in financial instruments;
  • Execution of customers’ orders regarding transactions in financial instruments for the account of customers or third parties;
  • Management of customers’ financial instruments on an individual basis pursuant to an authorization by customers (asset management);
  • Initial placement of financial instruments if a provider of investment services does not underwrite financial instruments or guarantee their underwriting;
  • Providing consultations on investments in financial instruments.

II. Ancillary services

  • Holding of financial instruments;
  • Currency exchange services where these are related to the provision of investment services;
  • Providing a recommendation on investment research, financial analysis or other general recommendations in respect of transactions in financial instruments.

Risk Disclosure Statement. Margin transactions (Forex, contracts for difference CFD, futures and futures options, stock options, REPO transactions, transactions in over-the-counter derivatives and transactions using broker credit, including selling short) involve higher risk. The level of risk increases with the leverage ratio. As the result of margin transactions, relatively high profits are possible with low level of initial investments, as well as significant losses which may exceed the principal amount of investments or the amount of the collateral.
