We are looking for a talented, experienced Financial Writer – Content Manager who wants to contribute to our fast-growing organisation. International expansion requires a professional journalistic approach. Successful candidate will focus on website content, writing press releases and media stories as well as overseeing strategy and product updates and press/journalism essays and outlook pieces.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Editorial pieces (short and long) regarding technical, trading, risk management advances, our perspective on the industry, online trading, capital markets products, tools and activities, etc.
  • Press releases, web content, outlooks, executive management and corporate profiles
  • Product specifications and communication for internal and partner use
  • Actively follow financial and capital markets
  • Post information regarding Renesource Capital products and services to relevant forums and social networks
  • Conduct forum updates incl. adding, removing, and editing information on forums and social network
  • Translate financial articles
  • Perform website updates

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 3/5 years of writing/ editing experience
  • Website editing (content management) experience
  • Ability to write grammatically correct and coherent texts with a good sense of style
  • Have a proven track record of writing press-style articles, journalistic coverage and factual information
  • Have hands-on experience in the banking/ financial industry and knowledge of the dynamics of the market
  • Excellent knowledge of Latvian, Russian and English language
  • Keen interest in the financial markets is a prerequisite
