Processing of personal data

Renesource Capital, in accordance with the high quality standards of the customer service and the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, processes personal data of its individual customers.

Renesource Capital processes personal data of such customers, their representatives, beneficial owners and other third parties related to customers (data collection, storage, registration, input, transfer, forwarding etc.). The processing of personal data carried out by Renesource Capital is registered with the Data State Inspectorate of the Republic of Latvia (registration of processing No. 002273, registration certificate No. 000681).

Current version of Privacy Policy

The legal basis of the processing of personal data is the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (Article 7, paragraphs 1, 2, 3):

  • there is a consent of the data subject;
  • the personal data processing derives from contractual obligations of the data subject or, taking into account a request from the data subject, the processing of data is necessary in order to conclude the relevant contract;
  • the data processing is necessary for the controller to perform his duties as specified by law.

Risk Disclosure Statement. Margin transactions (Forex, contracts for difference CFD, futures and futures options, stock options, REPO transactions, transactions in over-the-counter derivatives and transactions using broker credit, including selling short) involve higher risk. The level of risk increases with the leverage ratio. As the result of margin transactions, relatively high profits are possible with low level of initial investments, as well as significant losses which may exceed the principal amount of investments or the amount of the collateral.
