To our headquarter in Riga, we are looking for a new team member for our growing Trading & Sales division.
The role of a position is to focus on acquiring new HNW and corporate clients for trading and asset management services and maintain these relationships in order to expand and develop the firm’s market position.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and sell new ideas and products to clients;
- Make sales oriented seminars/ webinars for clients;
- Maintain sales materials;
- Traveling activities;
- Being in charge of budget planning and pipeline plans within your own area.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- A university degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related field;
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience with innovative sale in the brokerage business and asset management area;
- Excellent knowledge of Russian, Latvian and English language, both oral and written;
- Strong knowledge of financial products;
- Have proven success within selling financial products within the financial or banking industry;
- Have a strong and established network within the wealth and asset management area;
- Outgoing positive person and comfortable with seeking new relations;
- Ability to work independently still being a team player;
- A structured working approach, detail and goal oriented.
